Data we collect

Name, email, telephone, country of residence, wallet address, allocation details, identity-verification results (passport and selfie, processed by our verification provider Sumsub), the transaction hash of deposits, and the technical record of your agreement acceptance (timestamp, IP address, browser).

Why we collect it

To administer your membership, verify deposits and redemptions, meet our know-your-member obligations, keep an evidential record of the agreement you accepted, and communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers bound by confidentiality, our broker where required for execution, and authorities where required by law.

Retention

Membership and agreement records are retained for at least six years after membership ends, as required for financial record-keeping.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations, by contacting us through the Contact page.

Records are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
