DFI Holdings · GTA X — Gold Trading Association · Version 1.0, October 2026
This website is published by DFI Holdings in respect of GTA X (Gold Trading Association). It is provided for information purposes only to a private circle of invited persons. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any security, fund, investment product or service in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
GTA X does not offer, promise or guarantee any fixed, minimum or periodic return. Member distributions are paid solely out of realised net trading profits of the strategy. On days, weeks or months in which the strategy does not realise a net profit, no distribution is made. The value of a member's allocation may fall as well as rise, and members may lose some or all of the capital allocated.
Any performance figures, including the historical daily range of 0.3% to 2.1%, refer to past realised gross results of the strategy and are not a reliable indicator of future results. Projections, scenarios and calculators are hypothetical illustrations based on stated assumptions; they are not forecasts and must not be relied upon as such.
The strategy trades spot gold (XAU/USD) on margin through a third-party broker. Leveraged trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all persons. Market gaps, liquidity events, broker or counterparty failure and technology outages may result in losses greater than anticipated.
Allocations and redemptions are settled in USDT (Tether). Stablecoins carry issuer, de-peg, network, custody and regulatory risks. Transfers sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before allocating capital.
GTA X is in a private, invitation-only phase. It is not a publicly offered collective investment fund and has not been registered with or approved by any financial regulator. Persons in jurisdictions where participation is restricted must not participate.
